About the Practice

Highfield Surgery is home to an N.H.S. general practice providing a comprehensive range of medical services to just over 10,000 patients within friendly comfortable and modern purpose-built premises.

Garton Surgery

The building, completed in 1988, is on the corner of Garton Avenue and Primrose Avenue behind the Abbey Road Clinic. Despite the purpose design, the surgery has outgrown it and will eventually be relocating to nearby Lytham Road - see the Future Premises page for up to date information.

Moving CarThere is a small car park off Garton Avenue. It is for use by patients when in the surgery. Please move your vehicle from this area as soon as possible to make space for other  surgery users.

The building offers easy access and facilities for the disabled and parents with children.

There is a pharmacy adjacent to the surgery. The usual range of prescribed and over the counter medicines are available.

We have made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information contained on this website concerning the services and facilities at Highfield Surgery.
